Wednesday's South Division action review

1 year ago By David Watters

Lincoln United earned a second win of the Evo-Stik League South season with a resounding 5-2 success against Loughborough Dynamo at Ashby Avenue on Wednesday night, writes Pitchero's Steve Whitney.

It was Dynamo who had the better of the opening 45 minutes, going into the break 1-0 ahead, courtesy of Carl Sibson`s 14th minute effort. But three minutes after the restart, Jack Wightwick pulled the Whites back on level terms and then just past the hour-mark, Phil Watt put them in front.

Ryan Oliver made it 3-1 with 73 minutes gone on the clock and then Danny Brooks on 88 minutes and Harry Millard four minutes into stoppage time, made it a nap hand for the hosts, with Karl Demidh having added a second for Dynamo seconds before.
