Fans are being urged to follow chasetownfc1954 on Instagram from 3pm on Friday when the EVO-STIK League West club's new official account goes live on the social media network for sharing photos, videos and messages.
The Scholars told fans on Thursday: "Do you want to see behind the scenes of Chasetown Football Club? We will be launching our brand new Official Instagram page tomorrow! Bringing you the best photos from our action throughout the season, we will also be bringing you behind-the-scenes views from The Scholars Ground.
"We hope this new social media will help bring more people into the club and for the fans to see even more content that is produced by the social media team. Give us a follow below and be first to see it go live on Friday 6th July at 3pm!"
Keen to get their less social media savvy supporters involved too, the club added: "For those that don't know, Instagram is a social networking app made for sharing photos and videos from a smartphone. Similar to Facebook or Twitter, the main focus being however on pictures rather than word based posts."
The Northern Premier League's title sponsors EVO-STIK are looking forward to seeing the competition's stats on social media soaring again come August when the second EVO-STIK Digital Challenge kicks off after the inaugural winners shared more than £5,000 in prize money.
Thanks to the NPL's sponsors EVO-STIK and parent company Bostik, Colne, Frickley Athletic and Farsley Celtic left June's end of season awards night with cheques for £1,500 as the number one digital natives in their respective divisions by the end of the competition's historic 50th anniversary 2017-18 campaign.
Launched last August to drive up the social media stats of clubs and the EVO-STIK League and encourage the most innovative online content during the milestone season, the competition also saw Cleethorpes Town leave the Hilton Hotel in Blackpool with the EVO-STIK Digital Challenge Award for Innovation and a £500 prize.
The Owls were rewarded with the special prize for achieving the highest number of views and downloads for unique video content featuring EVO-STIK branding for their efforts supporting UEFA's Everyone Plays campaign to promote LBGT inclusion.
