Atech Cloud Announce Its Acquisition of Base 13

Atech Cloud continues its expansion strategy with the full acquisition of Base 13, a Microsoft accredited Managed Service Provider

London, 28th March 2023: Atech Cloud (Atech) announced today that it has acquired Base 13 IT Limited (Base 13). Atech is a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Security, Infrastructure Azure, Modern Work, Data & AI, and Digital & App Innovation. As a specialist in cybersecurity and cloud architecture, clients are supported with end-to-end technology and security solutions.


Base 13 is a Leeds based Microsoft Solutions Partner and Cloud Solutions Provider for Microsoft 365, Enterprise Mobility Suite and Microsoft Azure. Founded in 2007, Base 13 have excellent customer partnerships, supported by their industry accreditations. With a proven track record, their technical and cloud architect teams specialise in delivering customer design and implementation into the Microsoft public cloud.

As a managed service provider, Atech’s wider range of Microsoft accreditations will enhance Base 13’s current offering, expanding the remit of services available to clients and bringing the expertise to support Base 13’s customers’ growing needs. Both firms’ passion for innovation will allow them to continue to realise the vision of optimised cloud services at scale for both existing and new customers.
