Happy Mondays Star Bez Mocked for Using Watermelon Ketchup on Burger

Bez, the 59-year-old Happy Mondays star, has been ridiculed online for using watermelon ketchup on his burger. The singer has collaborated with Michelin-starred chef Tom Kerridge to create a guest burger featuring a beef patty, baby gem lettuce, tomato, bacon, Lancashire cheese, and the unusual relish. The Bez Burger is available at Kerridge’s The Butcher’s Tap and Grill in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, for £16.

The reaction on social media to the watermelon ketchup has been mixed, with some describing it as “awful” and others praising the burger as “awesome”. The singer, whose hits include ‘Step On’, said that proceeds from the burger would go towards Coffee4Craig, a charity that supports homeless people.
