Draws gets league cup underway!

1 year ago By David Watters

The EVO-STIK League's clubs know who their first opponents will be in the upcoming season's Integro League Challenge Cup after Wednesday's draw for the early rounds.

All 68 clubs started out on the road to follow in the footsteps of 2016-17 winners Bamber Bridge when they went into the hat for the preliminary and first round draws.

Like last season's EVO-STIK League North winners and losing finalists Grantham Town, the winners and runners-up will once again collect £2000 and £1000 in prize money respectively. Losing quarter-finalists will collect £250 while the losing semi-finalists will bank £500 each as sponsors Integro continue their long-running support for the EVO-STIK League's showpiece cup competition.

The 2017-18 competition will see the result of all ties decided by penalties if the scores are level after 90 minutes.
