The Northern Premier League’s fans, players and officials have been handed the perfect Christmas present after title sponsors Evo-Stik announced an extension to their current deal.
Evo-Stik will now continue as the NPL’s title sponsors until at least the end of the 2015-16 campaign, a total of six years since taking over in 2010.
NPL officials are now looking forward to building on their successful relationship with the sponsors and their parent company Bostik. They have already agreed to back the NPL’s new Fan of the Year Award at the third annual Players of the Year Awards in April and officials are also working on a number of other future initiatives following the announcement.
Evo-Stik NPL Chairman Mark Harris said: "The Northern Premier League is delighted that Evo-Stik has chosen to extend its sponsorship for another two years, taking us to six in total. In a very tough commercial climate, together with our 68 clubs we have striven to deliver the best possible return on investment to our sponsors, and look forward to taking our relationship to a new level."
Bostik Commercial Director Dale Poulton said: "The NPL is a very important part of our marketing activity, and we’re delighted to be extending the agreement."
